Gus Benson is a 25-year-old songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. Originally born and raised in North Carolina, his music is shaped by the folk tradition — Appalachian music, blues, and roots form the foundation, a jumping-off point for deeper exploration. Gus graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Music in 2024. When not in the woodshed, he's surfing or restoring vintage motorcycles
